Day 215 Fri 18 May 2007 Kotor, Montenegro to Dubrovnik, Croatia

Kotor is another world heritage site, an ancient walled city with interesting passageways, narrow streets churches and coffee shops to explore. Its fairly crowded with tourists, a cruise liner pulled in during the night so after an hour or two getting lost we travel on around the fjord, stopping for lunch on the waterside at Perast before crossing into Croatia and reaching Dubrovnik.

We drive around Dubrovnik checking out hotels, mostly either full or too expensive, before finding one near the beach at Lapad, about 3km north of the old city. Guided by LP we find a very pleasant fish restaurant in time to see the sun set.
